InDrive, a global mobility and delivery platform, said it appointed Raphael Zennou, Max Silin, and Valentin Laykov to leadership roles in its groceries, ads, and delivery businesses as it expands beyond ride-hailing.

Zennou joins as vice president of food and groceries from Delivery Hero. Silin joins as director of inDrive.Ads from Google.

Laykov was promoted to senior head of delivery. Alexander Kurchin will continue to lead inDrive.Money, the company’s financial services unit.

The company said it operates in 48 countries. It also said 13% of its monthly transacting users in 2025 used both mobility and delivery services.

The appointments follow inDrive’s US$150 million funding from General Catalyst and the launch of a venture and mergers and acquisitions arm.
