Indonesian construction startup Gravel has secured US$14 million in funding to expand its platform, which connects construction workers with jobs and provides data analytics.

Investors of the round include New Enterprise Associates, SMDV, East Ventures, Marvell Technology co-founder Dai Weili, and Walden International chair Tan Lip-Bu.

Gravel’s app has supported over 6,000 construction projects countrywide, and the firm is planning to add a function for users to oversee construction progress.
