Indonesia’s PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk, which operates ecommerce platform Blibli and travel booking site tiket.com, said net revenue for the first nine months of 2026 rose 46% year on year to 22.2 trillion rupiah (US$1.23 billion).

The company said its take rate increased to 9.1% from 8.4% in the same period of 2025. Operating expenses as a share of total processing value (TPV) fell to 6.4% from 7.2%.

Global Digital Niaga said growth was especially strong in its institutions segment, which serves institutional clients, and in physical stores.

TPV in third-party retail declined in the first nine months after the company shifted some strategic categories to its first-party retail segment.

The company added 31 stores in the third quarter. By end-September 2026, it operated 347 consumer electronics stores. It also managed 60 premium supermarket outlets.
