Indonesia’s Bank Jago has formed a multi-year partnership with Google Cloud to integrate advanced data analytics and AI into its operations.

Bank Jago, along with its technology partner DKatalis, will use Google Cloud’s BigQuery and Vertex AI platforms.

These technologies will facilitate the development of genAI applications for tasks such as fraud detection and customer sentiment analysis.

The collaboration aims to improve customer service and operational efficiency while supporting the bank’s growth.
