Indonesia’s Nusantics turns around, launches new products
After overcoming near-bankruptcy, Indonesian genetics and biotechnology startup Nusantara Genetics (Nusantics) achieved a ninefold increase in EBITDA and reduced its net losses to one-fifth of previous level.
Revata Utama, CEO of Nusantics, credited the company’s recovery to the support of its shareholders, such as East Ventures, and the dedication of its employees.
The company also unveiled new milestones, including the launch of two human health product, PathoScan hrHPV and PathoScan hrHPV Lite, as well as the expansion of its animal health offerings with products like CeKolam by Nusantics and ShrimProtect kits.
