India’s Snapdeal parent company files for $58m IPO
AceVector, the parent company of ecommerce platform Snapdeal, has filed confidential draft papers with SEBI for an IPO, aiming to raise 500 crore rupee (US 58 million).
The company confirmed the filing in a public announcement on July 19, 2025.
CLSA and IIFL have been appointed as bankers for the offering, which will mainly consist of new share issuance.
AceVector also operates Unicommerce, a SaaS platform that went public in 2024 with an IPO oversubscribed by over 168 times, and Stellar Brands, a consumer brand-building firm.
Snapdeal saw a slight revenue decline in FY24, falling to 384.7 crore rupee (US$44.7 million) from 388.1 crore rupee (US$45 million) in FY23.
The company has chosen the confidential pre-filing route, which allows up to 18 months to complete the IPO and flexibility to adjust the issue size by up to 50%.
