Indian logistics firm Shiprocket said to raise $292m in planned IPO
Shiprocket, a Gurugram-based ecommerce enablement platform, is preparing to confidentially file for an IPO with India’s market regulator SEBI, sources said.
The IPO will likely include both a fresh issue and an offer for sale, aiming to raise between 2,000 crore rupees (US$233.5 million) and 2,500 crore rupees (US$292 million).
Proceeds from the IPO will go toward product development, tech upgrades, acquisitions, and expanding logistics and warehousing.
Shiprocket started as a shipping aggregator but now supports D2C brands and small businesses with broader services.
The company recently launched an AI-based server to automate key operations for D2C brands and MSMEs.
