India’s Shiprocket to raise $25.6m

India’s ecommerce shipping Shiprocket will raise 219 crore rupees (around US$25.6 million) in a funding round led by KDT Ventures, with additional investors including Japan’s MUFG Bank, Tribe Capital, SAI Global, and Huddle Ventures.

The funding follows recent approval from the Competition Commission of India for minority stake acquisitions in Shiprocket by MUFG and KDT Ventures.

Founded in 2017, Shiprocket aggregates logistics solutions through partnerships with couriers like Delhivery and FedEx.
