India’s quick service app raises $5.5m series A to expand operations

Snabbit, an on-demand home services app based in India, has raised US$5.5 million in a series A funding round.

The round was led by Elevation Capital, with participation from Nexus Venture Partners and angel investors Vidit Aatrey, Sanjeev Barnwal, Gaurav Munjal, and Niraj Singh.

This funding follows a US$1 million seed investment from Nexus Venture Partners in early 2024.

The startup plans to use the new capital to expand its operations and enhance its team.

Snabbit connects households with on-demand service providers for cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry, with a 15-minute arrival guarantee.

Currently, Snabbit operates in select areas of Mumbai and plans to expand across India.
