FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of online beauty retailer Nykaa, has launched a new subsidiary in Oman called Nysaa Cosmetics SPC.

This subsidiary will function as a wholly-owned entity of Nessa International Holdings Limited, which is a step-down subsidiary of FSN E-Commerce Ventures.

As outlined in an exchange filing, Nysaa Cosmetics SPC will focus on selling beauty and personal care products, including cosmetics and perfumes.

The new subsidiary begins operations with an initial share capital of approximately 6 lakh rupees (around US$6.961).

This expansion into Oman follows Nykaa’s establishment of a similar subsidiary in Qatar in July 2024.
