KiranaPro has acquired Joper.app, a hyperlocal grocery delivery platform, to expand its vendor network and improve delivery services.

Joper.app operates in 25 cities, including Ranchi, Kolkata, Jaipur, and Noida.

KiranaPro will integrate its vendor base and technology.

Deepak Ravindran, Co-Founder and CEO of KiranaPro, said the acquisition will help small retailers through technology.

Both companies aim to build an AI-powered ecosystem for Kirana stores, enhancing local market operations with digital tools.
