India’s AI lender Aye Finance seeks $171m in IPO
Aye Finance, an Indian lender focusing on small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), aims to raise US$171 million in an IPO.
The IPO will consist of a US$104 million fresh share issuance and a US$67 million secondary sale by current investors.
Proceeds will be used to expand the company’s loan portfolio and strengthen its capital base.
