Indian wealthtech startup HyperNorm AI raises $2.2m
HyperNorm AI, an India-based startup building decision intelligence software for wealth advisers, has raised $2.2 million in a seed round.
Capital 2B and SenseAI Ventures, co-led the round. Investors also included Boundless Ventures, iOPEX Technologies, and angel investors including Dr Amit Sheth and Bhavin Manek.
The company said it will use the funding to speed up product development, expand in the US and other markets, and strengthen its engineering and AI research teams.
Founded in 2024 by Keyur Faldu and Peeyush Jain, HyperNorm AI sells tools for registered investment advisers and wealth advisers.
The software monitor multi-asset portfolios, flag client accounts that may need attention.
It also explains why, and suggest actions aligned with each client’s investment mandate. It said it has paying clients in the US, Singapore, and India.
HyperNorm said Faldu previously worked at Meta, McKinsey, and Embibe, while Jain held roles at Verloop, Embibe, and BT, giving the founders backgrounds in AI and software rather than wealth management.
Its US expansion comes as the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has brought enforcement actions by investment advisers.
At the same time, AI use in adviser software is growing across wealth management.
