Fireside Ventures, an India-based consumer-focused venture capital firm, said on November 3 that co-founder and partner Vinay Singh will leave after nearly a decade to pursue opportunities in related sectors.

The firm said Singh helped build Fireside during that time.

Fireside is now in its 10th year and has four partners, plus a team of 12 principals and vice presidents.

Fireside had raised US$253 million for its fourth fund in December 2025.

An October 2026 report described India’s startup market as recovering selectively.

A February 2026 Statista chart showed startup funding in India rising across fewer rounds, suggesting investment was becoming more concentrated.
