Chiratae Ventures has appointed Saharsh Sharma as vice president of investments.

In this role, he will oversee investments in Northern India, focusing on funding from seed to series B rounds, portfolio management, limited partner engagement, divestments, and strategic initiatives.

Sharma was previously the assistant vice president at Orios Venture Partners, where he worked for five years until December 2024.

This announcement comes amid ongoing legal challenges for Chiratae Ventures.

Founded in 2006 by Sudhir Sethi and TC Meenakshisundaram, Chiratae Ventures has invested in over 130 startups, such as Flipkart, Lenskart, and Policybazaar.
