Yatra’s chief financial officer (CFO) Rohan Mittal has resigned, according to a company filing. The announcement was made during a board meeting on Mar.12.

Mittal submitted his resignation on Mar.10, to pursue new opportunities. The company said that his final working day would be determined through mutual discussions to ensure a smooth transition.

Mittal joined Yatra in 2022 after serving as CFO at Rivigo and AllcargoGATI.

He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and has previously worked with PwC India and ICICI Bank.
