Indian spacetech firm Digantara expands to US

Indian space tech firm Digantara has expanded to Colorado in the United States, strengthening India-US collaboration in defense and space.

Colorado governor Jared Polis announced the expansion, linking it to initiatives like the India-US Initiative on Critical and Emerging Technology (iCET) and the INDUS-X framework.

The company holds contracts with US defense agencies, including the Space Force and Air Force, supporting advanced space domain awareness programs.

Digantara recently launched its first space surveillance satellite, SCOT, via SpaceX’s Transporter-12 mission, targeting the US$60 billion Space Surveillance and Intelligence market.
