Bengaluru-based self-publishing platform Pratilipi has raised US$20 million in series E funding, led by Jungle Ventures with participation from angel investors.

Of the total, US$12 million came from equity at a US$100 million valuation, while US$8 million was secondary funding.

Pratilipi plans to expand into animation, vertical drama shows, and the US market.

Pratilipi is preparing for an IPO in early 2026, with formal banker engagement set for August 2025.
