Zaggle has received board approval to acquire Greenedge Enterprises for up to 25 crore rupees (US$3 million).

Zaggle, a spend management platform listed in India, will acquire all 130,000 equity shares of Greenedge and may invest an additional 25 crore rupees (US$3 million) in the company, subject to the execution of a share subscription agreement.

Greenedge, founded in 2009, provides loyalty and rewards solutions, focusing on golf-based corporate engagement for B2B clients, including golf travel, experiences, access-based rewards, and benefits integrated with the RuPay card network.

Zaggle said this acquisition aims to expand its loyalty, rewards, and travel offerings.
