Indian quantum technology startup Quanfluence has raised US$2 million in seed funding.

The round was led by pi Ventures, with contributions from Golden Sparrow and Reena Dayal, founder of the Quantum Ecosystems and Technology Council of India.

The company plans to use the funds to expand its product offerings and develop its quantum computer.

Founded in 2021, Quanfluence focuses on photonics-based quantum and quantum technologies and operates from the IITM Incubation Centre.

This funding arrives at a time when quantum technology is gaining traction in India, supported by government initiatives like the National Quantum Mission.
