Indian proptech services firm Sila bags $100m
Sila, a Mumbai-based real estate services firm, has raised US$100 million from private equity firm Permira to fund its India expansion, strengthen its technology capabilities, and add new services.
Founded in 2010, Sila provides facility management, material handling, equipment leasing, catering, and real estate advisory services.
The company operates in more than 125 cities in India, and manages over 450 million square feet of real estate.
