Indian office space management startup raises $1.5m
Workie, an office space management startup, has raised 13 crore rupees (around US$1.5 million) in an equity funding round to support its growth and operations.
Notable investors include the Sunil Singhania family office, NAV Capital, Raman Roy, Dharmendra Jain, Gaurav Singhvi, and Sunil Singhvi.
Founded in 2017 by Sawan Laddha, Workie converts commercial properties into flexible workspaces, offering solutions such as build-to-suit, ready-to-move-in, and co-working spaces.
The company currently manages over 15,000 seats across 50 locations in 15 cities, including Indore, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, and Bengaluru.
