Indian logistics firm Shiprocket targets $170m IPO
Shiprocket, a New Delhi-based ecommerce enablement platform for merchants, said its initial public offering will open on August 12 and close on August 14 at 92 rupees (US$0.97) to 97 rupees (US$1) per share, after filing its red herring prospectus on August 5.
The offer totals up to 16.2 billion rupees (US$170 million), including a fresh issue of up to 8.9 billion rupees (US$93.1 million) and an offer for sale of up to 7.3 billion rupees (US$76.9 million).
Anchor bidding is set for August 11, and the minimum bid lot is 154 shares.
Shiprocket operates an asset-light platform spanning shipping, fulfilment, packaging, and related services.
It said fresh proceeds will go toward marketing, technology investments, debt repayment or prepayment, and acquisitions.
The shares are proposed to list on BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.
Its FY25 operating revenue rose 24% to 16.3 billion rupees (US$172 million), while its net loss narrowed to 740 million rupees (US$7.78 million) from 6 billion rupees (US$62.5 million) a year earlier.
The offer for sale will let founders and early investors partially sell their stakes, while Eternal, Temasek, and Info Edge are not selling.
Listed peer Delhivery traded at 463.6 rupees (US$4.9) on August 6, below its 487 rupees (US$5.1) IPO issue price.
