Indian lending tech firm Seeds Fincap raises $10.4m series B
Seeds Fincap, a Gurugram-based non-banking financial company that lends to small businesses in India, said on October 1 that it raised more than 1 billion rupees (US$10.4 million) in a series B. The round led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation.
Existing investors Z47 and Lok Capital joined the round, along with Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital.
The company said the capital will be used to expand into new markets and invest in its branch network, technology, and risk management.
Seeds said its assets under management stood at 7.2 billion rupees (US$75.3 million) as of August 2026. Its branch network had expanded to 164 locations.
The company’s FY26 disbursements were about 6.2 billion rupees (US$64.7 million). It is targeting 10 billion rupees (US$104 million) in assets under management by March 2027.
The round follows a 500 million rupees (US$5.22 million) pre-series B investment from Z47 and Lok Capital.
