True Diamond, an Indian startup specializing in lab-grown diamonds, has raised US$1 million in a seed funding round.

The funding was led by Titan Capital, with support from various investors.

The new capital will be used to grow the company’s team, increase brand awareness, and develop a distinct retail environment.

Plans include hiring jewelry experts, designers, and sales staff.

The company, founded in January 2024 by Parin Shah and Darayus Mehta, will also open boutique outlets in Mumbai and Delhi.
