Indian healthcare VC HealthQuad secures $58m for Fund III

HealthQuad, an India-focused healthcare venture capital firm backed by Quadria Capital, has secured commitments of 5.5 billion rupees (US$58.2 million) for its third fund.

The firm aims to raise 17 billion rupees (US$180 million), with a greenshoe option that could increase the fund size to 25 billion rupees (US$265 million). The company to invest in early-growth companies across healthtech, medtech, biopharma technology, and new healthcare delivery models.

The fund has made its first commitment to Lifesigns, an AI-powered remote patient monitoring platform. Lifesigns said it serves care settings from ambulance to home.

HealthQuad Fund III follows HealthQuad’s separation from Kois in 2025. HealthQuad continues to co-manage Funds I and II.

The target fund size is larger than HealthQuad’s second fund, which raised $162 million.
