India’s hBits raises $4.6m for AI real estate growth

HBits, a fractional ownership platform based in Mumbai, has raised 40 crore rupees (approximately US$4.6 million) in its Series A funding round led by Capricon Realty, part of the Thackersey Group.

Founded in 2018, hBits enables individuals to invest in commercial real estate with a minimum investment of 10 lakh rupees (US$11.6k).

The platform leverages AI to analyze market trends, evaluate property performance, and identify investment opportunities.

The new funds will be used to enhance its AI-driven platform, expand operations, and attract more users.

In 2022, hBits secured 20 crore rupees (US$2.33 million) in a strategic funding round that included IIFL chairman Nirmal Jain and InCred Capital.
