Indian firm Urban Company launches quick house-help service
Urban Company, a Gurugram-based home services marketplace, has launched Insta Help, a quick service offering that lets users book trained house-helps within 15–30 minutes in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
The company also introduced new offerings, including water purifiers and electronic door locks under the Native brand, and wall panels and décor solutions through its Revamp sub-brand.
Urban Company, founded in 2014, operates in beauty and wellness, as well as home repairs and maintenance.
The company reported a 38% rise in operating revenue to 1,144 crore rupee (US$130 million) in FY25, up with a net profit of 240 crore rupee (US$27.7 million), up from a loss of 93 crore rupee (US$10.55 million) the previous year.
Its international and native business segments are not yet profitable.
Urban Company says it will use IPO proceeds for technology, cloud infrastructure, lease payments, ad, and general corporate purposes.
