Moneyview Ltd, an India-based digital lending platform, plans to open its 10.9 billion rupees (US$114 million) initial public offering on September 24 at 32 rupees (US$0.33) to 34 rupees (US$0.35) per share.
The issue will close on September 28, with a proposed listing on the National Stock Exchange and BSE on October 1.
The initial public offering includes a 7.5 billion rupees (US$78.2 million) fresh issue and an offer for sale of 10.05 crore equity shares by existing shareholders, valued at 3.4 billion rupees (US$35.7 million) at the upper end of the price band.
Moneyview said it would use 3.3 billion rupees (US$33.9 million) to support lending operations and 2.5 billion rupees (US$26.1 million) to strengthen the capital base of its non-banking financial company subsidiary.
In FY26, Moneyview reported revenue of 33.5 billion rupees (US$350 million) and profit after tax of 2.4 billion rupees (US$25.2 million).
Moneyview said its digital personal loan business, launched in 2017, remains a contributor to operations.
It also runs a personal loan app and offers a credit line card.
The trimmed initial public offering implies a roughly US$624 million valuation, and Accel is among Moneyview’s backers.
