Indian fintech firm Cashfree hits $105m in FY26
Cashfree Payments, an India-based payments and fintech infrastructure provider, said FY26 revenue was about 10 billion rupees (US$105 million).
It reached earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) profitability in March 2026, and is on track for full-year EBITDA profitability in FY27.
That was up from its FY25 operating revenue of 6.4 billion rupees (US$67 million), when Cashfree reported a net loss of 1.5 billion rupees (US$16.1 million) and an EBITDA loss of 1.3 billion rupees (US$13.8 million).
The company said gross transaction value on its platform rose 78% year on year in the March 2026 quarter, while its active merchant base grew 50% in FY26 across enterprise and small and medium business segments.
Cashfree also said its cross-border gross transaction value grew 8x and net revenue rose 10x between March 2025 and March 2026.
Backed by the State Bank of India (SBI) and Krafton, Cashfree said it holds all three Reserve Bank of India (RBI) licenses: payment aggregator, payment aggregator-cross border, and prepaid payment instrument.
For market context, Razorpay reported 37.8 billion rupees (US$396 million) in consolidated FY25 revenue.
As of early 2025, Cashfree’s CEO said the company had no initial public offering plans.
