Indian enterprise tech startup nets $3.5m seed funding

Gallabox, a Chennai-based enterprise technology startup, has raised US$3.5 million in a seed funding round extension.

The round was led by Seattle’s FUSE Partners, with participation from existing investors Prime Venture Partners and Neon Fund.

According to the company, the funds will be used to enhance its product offerings and expand geographically.

Gallabox, co-founded in 2021 by Karthik Jagannathan, Yogesh Narayanan, and Yathin Panchanathan, specializes in no-code conversational commerce for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to manage sales conversions on platforms like WhatsApp.

The company serves over 10,000 businesses across 45 countries. Its services are gaining traction in sectors such as education, real estate, travel, healthcare, and wellness.
