Indian electronics maker Ekkaa nets $12.1m series A
Ekkaa Electronics, a Noida-based electronics manufacturer, raised 108 crore rupees (US$12.1 million) in series A funding from investors including Mukul Mahavir Aggarwal and Caprize Aurix.
Founded in 2018, the company operates a plant in Sonipat and plans a new facility in Gannaur, Haryana.
The funding will be used to expand production, invest in R&D, and improve supply chain integration.
Ekkaa Electronics makes smart TVs and has expanded into washing machines, speakers, induction cooktops, and air coolers.
The company serves both domestic and global brands and manages business worth over 1,000 crore rupees (US$112.7 million).
