Indian digital lending platform Fibe to raise up to $181m in IPO

Fibe, an online lending platform based in India, plans to raise1,000–1,500 crore rupees (US$120-US$181 million) through an IPO that could value the company at over US$1 billion, according to sources.

The company has reportedly selected Axis Capital, Kotak Mahindra Capital, and JM Financial as lead bankers for the offering, with a fourth banker possibly joining soon.

The IPO may take place by mid-to-late 2026.

Fibe, formerly known as EarlySalary, has raised about US$228 million to date and was valued at around US$600 million after a US$90 million round in 2024.

The IPO comes as several mid-sized Indian fintechs prepare to enter public markets.
