Indian digital entertainment firm Rusk Media nets $11.6m series B
Rusk Media has raised around 103 crore rupees (US$11.6 million) in its series B round led by IvyCap Ventures.
The India-based digital entertainment company focuses on content for Gen-Z and Gen-A audiences.
Other investors in the round include LC Nueva, InfoEdge Ventures, Woori Venture Partners, and the company’s promoters and family.
Rusk Media said the new funding will support its expansion into markets in the US, Europe, and EMEA, as well as the development of new entertainment IP in India.
The company produces and distributes web series, unscripted formats, and live events across social and OTT platforms.
