Indian cricketer invests in IoT startup Proxgy’s series A

Ajinkya Rahane, an Indian cricketer, has invested in a US$3 million Series A funding round for Proxgy, an Internet of Things (IoT) startup.

Other notable investors include Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, actor Suniel Shetty, industrialist Vinod Duggar, and Manish Patel.

The company plans to use the funding to scale operations, broaden its product offerings, and grow its international presence.

It also aims to expand its reach into sectors such as oil and gas, mining, construction, and logistics.
