Indian co-working firm Indiqube posts $16.81m loss ahead of IPO
Indiqube Spaces Ltd, a coworking firm based in Bengaluru, posted a net loss of Rs 139.61 crore (US$16.81 million) for the fiscal year 2024-25, as reported in its red herring prospectus filed with SEBI.
This loss is a decrease from Rs 341.50 crore (US$41.14 million) reported in the previous fiscal year.
The company’s total income rose to Rs 1,102.93 crore (US$132.89 million) in 2024-25, up from Rs 867.66 crore (US$104.55 million) in 2023-24.
Indiqube Spaces has consistently reported losses over the past three fiscal years.
As of March 31, 2025, the company operates 115 centers across 15 cities, encompassing 8.40 million square feet with a seating capacity of 186,719.
Indiqube Spaces plans to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on July 23, 2025, aiming to raise up to Rs 700 crore (US$84.34 million).
The IPO price band is set between Rs 225 (US$2.71) and Rs 237 (US$2.86) per share, with the offer closing on July 25.
The IPO will consist of a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 650 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) by promoters amounting to Rs 50 crore.
Founded in 2015, Indiqube Spaces previously raised Rs 324 crore through funding rounds in 2018 and 2022.
