Indian cloud kitchen firm cuts losses, boosts revenue by 53%

Bengaluru-based cloud kitchen startup Curefoods reduced its net loss by nearly 50%, reporting a loss of 172.6 crore rupees for the financial year ending March 2024, down from 342.7 crore rupees (US$401,432) in FY23.

The reduction comes as the company’s operating revenue increased by 53.17%, reaching 585.1 crore rupees (US$685,202) compared to 382 crore rupees (US$447,675) in the previous fiscal year.

Founded in 2020 by Ankit Nagori, the startup operates over 200 cloud kitchens and offline outlets across 15 Indian cities. It offers more than 10 types of cuisine.
