Indian beauty retailer Nykaa’s Q3 profit up 51%
Nykaa’s Q3 FY25 net profit rose 51% year-on-year to 26.4 crore rupees (US$3 million), doubling from the previous quarter.
Revenue from operations grew 26.74% to 2.267 crore rupees (US$259), while GMV increased 25% to 4.527 crore rupees (US$517).
The beauty and personal care segment contributed 2.060 crore rupees (US$235) in revenue, up 15%, while fashion revenue rose 21% to 199 crore rupees (US$22 million) despite a 25.41 crore rupees (US$2 million) loss.
Nykaa expanded to 221 stores across 73 cities and piloted 10-minute beauty product deliveries in Mumbai.
