Indian AI startup Kily raises $3.1m

Sorin Investments, an India-based early-stage venture capital firm, has led a 300 million rupees (US$3.14 million) investment in Kily, an India-based enterprise AI startup.

Razorpay and Wyser Capital also participated in the round. Kily said it will use the funding to expand its AI software for brands selling on ecommerce and quick commerce platforms.

Founded in 2025 by Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh, and Sharad Chitlangia, Kily builds AI agents for pricing, advertising, inventory, and other marketplace operations, and said it had partnered with brands including ITC.

Kily operates as Kily Technologies Pvt Ltd. Sorin focuses on early-stage investing across sectors including ecommerce, business-to-business (B2B) tech, software-as-a-service, and fintech, and has 300 million rupees (US$3.14 million) in its maiden early-stage fund.
