Indian AI robotics startup secures $3m seed funding
Perceptyne, an Indian deep-tech robotics startup, has secured US$3 million in seed funding, co-led by Endiya Partners and Yali Capital.
This funding will be used to develop its AI-driven semi-humanoid robotic systems for industrial automation.
Perceptyne’s technology is designed to integrate into existing assembly lines, reducing implementation time from months to weeks.
Perceptyne’s products, the PR-34D and PR-9D, have features including computer vision, advanced AI algorithms, and adaptive sensing technologies designed for assembly and packaging applications in the automotive and electronics industries.
The industrial robotics sector is projected to grow to approximately US$41 billion annually by 2030, fueled by rising labor shortages and a global trend of reshoring manufacturing.
