Bizongo, an Indian company that digitalizes vendor operations, has acquired FactoryPlus for an undisclosed amount. FactoryPlus’ platform helps MSMEs manage factory inventory, monitor prices of raw materials in real time, and create digital inventory catalogs.

The move aims to speed up MSMEs’ adoption of digital solutions and improve their procurement processes, among others.
