IBM, ServiceNow extend partnership with new AI tools
IBM and ServiceNow said on June 11 that they expanded their partnership.
The companies plan joint offerings for application modernization, data governance, and IT operations.
They also plan to extend ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric with IBM watsonx.data.
The move builds on a May 2024 collaboration around generative AI.
That deal aimed to connect ServiceNow workflows to watsonx.ai. and make IBM Granite models available as an option in Now Assist.
ServiceNow said Workflow Data Fabric is a unified foundation for fragmented enterprise data.
