IBM Q4 revenue rises 12% on software, infrastructure growth

IBM reported its fourth-quarter 2025 revenue of US$19.7 billion, a 12% rise from the previous year, driven by growth in software and infrastructure segments.

Software revenue rose 14%, while infrastructure revenue grew 21%, with mainframe adoption contributing to the increase.

The company’s full-year 2025 revenue reached US$67.5 billion, up 8%, with software and infrastructure segments showing notable growth.

Net cash from operating activities for the quarter was US$4 billion, and free cash flow was US$7.6 billion, with the full year generating US$13.2 billion and US$14.7 billion, respectively.

IBM’s total debt increased by US$6.3 billion to US$61.3 billion at year-end.
