HSBC expands FundPark’s funding facility to $300m

Hong Kong-based FundPark, a financing tech company, said on 23 June 2026 that HSBC had increased its asset-backed securitization (ABS) facility by US$100 million to US$300 million.

The increase gives FundPark more capacity to provide working-capital funding to digital SMEs across Asia.

FundPark said the increase lifted its total institutional funding capacity to more than US$875 million. It has facilitated more than US$8 billion in financing and supported more than 40,000 online shops since 2020.

The company focuses on cross-border ecommerce SMEs and uses sales platform and partner data to offer inventory, receivables, and purchase order financing to merchants that traditional banks often underserved.

The expansion follows FundPark’s US$71 million financing round announced in 2025.
