HK’s CMCC Global taps Tether’s Hadron to tokenize funds
Hong Kong-based CMCC Global, a blockchain-focused asset manager, said on October 22 that it will tokenize units of its Crest and Liberty Bitcoin Accumulation funds using Tether’s Hadron platform.
The tokens will be issued and traded on Bitfinex Securities El Salvador.
CMCC said the offerings would be the first tokenized fund of funds issued under El Salvador’s digital asset framework.
Subscriptions for eligible investors close on October 30, 2026.
Poland-listed BTCS SA, a digital asset treasury company, has agreed to back the launch and plans to allocate an undisclosed triple-digit bitcoin amount.
El Salvador’s Digital Assets Issuance Law created a framework for digital asset offerings, while the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) oversees issuances and service providers under it.
Hadron is designed to issue and manage tokenized assets, and Bitfinex Securities said its El Salvador unit received the country’s first digital asset license under the law.
