HK fintech firm Regtitude launches expansion bridge
Regtitude Limited, a Hong Kong-based fintech, Web3, and governance, risk, and compliance advisory firm, announced the Hong Kong-China Expansion Bridge on October 13.
The framework targets Malaysian fintech, Web3, and digital economy companies expanding into Hong Kong and China’s Greater Bay Area.
Regtitude said the framework covers licensing, regulatory compliance, digital certificate management, cybersecurity, and legal AI.
The firm cited the Greater Bay Area’s population of more than 86 million and gross domestic product of over US$2 trillion.
The announcement follows Malaysia’s Budget 2027. Regtitude also cited fintech-related measures in the budget, but those claims were not independently confirmed in the searched context.
Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission lists virtual-asset trading platforms by regulatory status; an application alone does not authorize operations.
The initiative echoes broader messaging presenting Hong Kong as a gateway to the Greater Bay Area and highlighting its cross-border financial connectivity.
