HK digital asset firm OSL reports 66% revenue growth to $7.1b
Hong Kong-listed OSL Group, a digital asset trading and stablecoin payments company, said revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, rose 65.8% year on year to HK$55.813 billion (US$7.11 billion).
Its payments business contributed HK$49.083 billion (US$6.26 billion), or 88% of total revenue.
Adjusted non-IFRS income increased 75.5% to HK$331 million (US$42.2 million).
OSL also said total transaction volume reached HK$172 billion (US$21.9 billion).
Citing Frost & Sullivan, the company said it had become the world’s largest stablecoin payment infrastructure company by business-to-business (B2B) stablecoin payment transaction volume.
OSL said USDGO, issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A., a federally chartered crypto bank in the US, and operated and distributed by OSL, surpassed US$1.2 billion in circulation by August, six months after its February launch.
The company also cited expansion moves, including its January acquisition of Banxa, a Web3 payments provider that helps users convert between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies.
It also obtained authorization under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation in Austria to expand in Europe, and an Australian Financial Services Licence.
