HK construction tech company raises $3m series A

Hong Kong-based construction technology company Varadise Limited has raised US$3 million in a series A funding round led by Betatron Venture Group, which seeks to play a role in its global expansion plans.

The Innovation and Technology Venture Fund (ITVF) from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government also participated.

The funds will assist Varadise in expanding into international markets such as Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East.

Founded in 2019, Varadise employs technologies such as digital twin solutions, geographic information systems (GIS), and AI to improve building design and management.

The company has completed over 100 projects, including urban development initiatives.
