Superbench, a Singapore-based AI customer engagement platform for business-to-consumer service businesses, and Singapore-based payments firm HitPay said on September 1 that their platforms are now integrated.

The integration will help small and medium enterprises manage customer inquiries, bookings, and payments in one system.

The companies said the setup targets SMEs in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

They also said the integration is available to B2C service businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including beauty clinics, tuition centers, and home services.

HitPay separately said it is serving SMEs in Southeast Asia, offers cross-border payment services, and has secured an OPS payment license in the Philippines.
