Confido Health, a US-based healthcare software startup that develops AI (AI) agents for providers, has raised US$12.5 million in an extension round led by Z47, bringing the round’s total to US$22.5 million.

Existing investors Together Fund and Blume Ventures also participated.

Healthcare investor Justin Saks joined the company as an investor and board adviser.

Founded in 2022 by CEO Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, Confido builds AI agents for patient calls, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prescription refills, and payment follow-ups.

The company plans to expand its CareOS platform across multi-location healthcare organizations and develop more agents for other workflows and specialties.

Confido previously raised US$10 million last year and US$3 million in seed funding the year before.
